We had a wonderful experience at Carmine’s. After traveling in Italy, this was the best Italian food we’ve had in the U.S. The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. What truly stood out was the care they showed regarding food allergies. My child has a severe nut allergy, and the staff asked about it even before seating us. Our server double-checked and explained each dish carefully, even separating items to avoid cross-contamination. I’ve never felt this level of attention and care at a restaurant before. We’re very grateful and will definitely return.

I cannot comment on the atmosphere as we did not eat at the restaurant. We ordered the Thanksgiving meal to go from Carmine’s in Las Vegas. We had a group of 9 people gathering in Las Vegas for Thanksgiving. We were looking for a restaurant that would serve a traditional meal, when I stumbled upon Carmine’s takeout meal option. The meal advertised that it would feed (6-8) and included all of the traditional fixings. We added 2 desserts and a lasagna (because we’re Italian ). When we picked up the food from the easy drive up station outside the loading docks, we were amazed at how much food it was. The meal fed 9 people easily with leftovers for a few extra meals. We did not have high expectations for a take and reheat meal that would serve a big group, but we were all pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. The food was fantastic, everything was perfect. The food was warm when we picked it up, so we only needed to reheat the gravy. The cost for this meal was so reasonable! Everyone was very impressed with our Thanksgiving takeout from Carmine’s! We would definitely recommend to family and friends!!

I thought the Carmine’s in NYC was great…, well the Carmine’s in Las Vegas is equal or better. Plus, the Waist Staff (ask for Cameron), are the best in the business. Best part, you can slightly adapt the offerings when requested. Some photo to entice you. A great Caesar Salad and the start of a baked ziti. Simply fantastic.

The food is excellent. It's family style so the portions are huge! Come with a lot of hungry people. The menu is diverse with lots of traditional favorites. We enjoyed everything we ordered. I highly recommend the shrimp parmigiana and the cheesecake for dessert. We took home tons of leftovers, I think tte expect it because they more than happily boxed up everything we asked for. The server was friendly, but they are not looking out for you. I ordered two parmigian dishes, a shrimp and the portobello mushroom. Rather than confirm, the waiter just took the order. Luckily they were both good. We also ordered the porterhouse contadina, at the waiter's recommendation, but he neglected to tell me it was $175 and huge. We already had 3 appetizers and 3 other mains and mentioned we wanted dessert. There were six of us, we wound up bringing more food home than we ate. You could say the over-ordering and not getting the price was my fault, but I would expect the waiter to at least mention something as not everyone is a regular. I guess driving up the check to pad his tip was more important. Anyway, hopefully you get a better waiter when you go. Its worth it first the food and the fun atmosphere with a large group.

Thank you so much for great food and drinks celebrating my husband’s Birthday on the December 27th this weekend. Services from Tory was excellent and the bartenders make the best lemon drops I’ve ever had. The food was amazing along with the atmosphere. Thanks for a great night and experience we’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Las Vegas. I highly recommend trying Carmine’s

Carmine’s always a good option for a great food experience, good options in menu, large options to share. We visited the restaurant in Las Vegas, located inside the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace. Easy to book from OpenTable. We ordered fried calamari, fresh and crisp, veal parmigiana with linguini, and barolo wine by the glass. Excellent service from Brian and team.

Ordered the portobello parmigiana and the lasagna. The portions are huge. Three large portobellos and we could only finish one. Our waitress told us the lasagna was large enough for two people. It was large enough for four people. The food was very good. The lasagna did have a bit too much ricotta and I would have preferred the noodle a bit al dente. Don't get me wrong, Inwould gladly eat it again as is. The service was great. The place was packed and our waitress was very attentive and our food came out quickly. If possible, ask for Jane. She was all smiles and super friendly. As busy as it was (Thanksgiving day) everyone was friendly and very helpful. My only advice is maybe bring some people with you to help eat all that food. I would definitely return.

Our experience was amazing! It was an anniversary dinner and the staff made it so special, the bar manager came over and hooked us up with some complimentary drinks. And our waiter Tovar was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. We got the lasagna and it was more than enough for two people, we had leftovers the next day, and of course so DELICIOUS. We also got the “tug boat” dessert and it was delectable. We will absolutely be returning.
